The ICA launched under cloudy skies and 55 degrees. 37 people couldn't wait to get started to compete in our first 2008 ICA tournament. The fishing seemed not to be too bad even with the 20 degree temperature drop from the day before. 7 teams weighed their six fish limit. The 19 boats that competed weighed a total of 71 channel cats & 1 blue cat for a total weight of 412.2 lb. That's an average of 5.7 lb. per fish.

First Place & Big Fish went to the team of James Halcomb & Chuck Breedlove. Their 6 fish limit of 5 channels & 1 blue weighed a total of 71.9 lb. Their blue took Big Fish whiched weighed 43.6 lb. A great showing, good job fellas. They took home $380 for first place and an additional $190 for Big Fish. Excellent....

Travis Wasson & Jeff Darks took second place with a 6 fish limit of channel cats for 45.8 lb. 2nd place netted them a total of $240 for their work. Good job..

Third place went to Paul Meyer and Nathan Waltz. They had 6 channel cats for 33.9 lb. They received $140 for third place. Good job guys...
